COVID-19 is exacerbating hunger around the world. People who have never before sought support from a food bank are now seeking assistance. This means food resources are limited for everyone.

Solution

Food banks are responding quickly to this crisis are in need of support. GFN is providing emergency funding and connections for food resources to our network of food banks in 40+ countries.

Long-Term Impact

The long-term impact is that communities will have the resources they need to help their citizens through this challenging time until the economy is back to normal and people can return to jobs and school full-time.
