The aim of this project is to accompany and strengthen women who live in conditions of social and economic vulnerability en la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Since 2005, we have been committed to the labor inclusion and personal development of hundreds of women, providing them with the necessary tools to get decent jobs and improve their quality of life.
These women face complex realities, which are characterized by inequality, violence and limited opportunities. That is why we have developed a comprehensive methodology that addresses not only their technical knowledge needs, but also their personal growth. Our labor inclusion working model is based on three main areas: technical training in trades, personal development and labor insertion.
Our programs provide tangible opportunities for transformation: "Women Programming the Future" (Mujeres Programando Futuro): Empowers students with web development skills and personal growth tools, crucial for tech careers. "Sewing and Entrepreneurship" (Costura y Emprendedurismo): We teach the trade of sewing and promote entrepreneurship, which allows women to create sustainable and strategic products for sale while developing key personal skills.
More than 300 women benefit from our programs each year. Over 66% of our students are migrants from countries such as Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Paraguay, Colombia and Chile.
