Knowledge can transform lives. Unfortunately, many girls enter puberty without receiving accurate information about menstruation, menstrual hygiene, or reproductive health.
This lack of knowledge often leads to confusion, fear, and harmful misconceptions. Through our project, we are changing that reality by providing comprehensive menstrual health education alongside reusable sanitary pad production training.
Girls learn about menstrual hygiene management, personal health, body awareness, and self-care practices. They gain confidence in understanding their bodies and managing their periods safely and effectively.
Education also helps break cultural stigma surrounding menstruation. When girls have access to accurate information, they become advocates for health and dignity within their schools and communities.
