Confidence often grows when people gain practical skills that improve their lives. Through our reusable sanitary pad-making project, girls acquire valuable skills that foster independence and self-belief.
Participants learn every step of the production process, from material selection to assembly and maintenance. As they develop these skills, they gain a sense of accomplishment and pride in their ability to solve a real-life challenge.
This confidence extends beyond menstrual health. Girls who believe in their abilities are more likely to participate in school activities, pursue leadership roles, and advocate for themselves and others.
By combining skill development with menstrual health education, our project creates a holistic empowerment experience that supports both personal growth and practical outcomes.
