"We’re inspired by the work of our newest nonprofit partners, each of them doing important work to improve lives and protect the planet," said Alix Guerrier, Chief Executive Officer of GlobalGiving. "They span 31 countries, meaning that their impact is truly global. We at GlobalGiving are privileged to have them in our community, and we look forward to learning with and from them as our partnerships continue into the future!"
The September 2019 Accelerator led to an exciting expansion of the GlobalGiving family! We proudly welcome 78 new nonprofit partners and their incredible causes. From providing a clean water source to a health clinic in rural Niger, to helping 10 men in San Jose, Costa Rica overcome drug addiction, to tackling malnutrition and food insecurity in Taiwan, this group’s work has left the GlobalGiving team in awe.
"We are so thrilled to have been able to participate and graduate from the September Accelerator. We met and exceeded our fundraising goal several times over by harnessing the power of our network and utilizing the skills that we learned through the educational training webinars. This program gave us confidence in our supporters, allowing us to really push forward with our goal. It also increased our drive and sense of responsibility towards our project knowing that so many people are behind us. Thank you GlobalGiving for giving us the tools to conquer online fundraising!"
