Our mission is to reduce poverty and inequality, protect human dignity, improve access to essential services, strengthen community resilience, and create sustainable opportunities for individuals and families facing social, economic, and humanitarian challenges. Our Christian values of compassion, service, justice, stewardship, and care for vulnerable people inform our organizational identity. At the same time, MWF provides humanitarian and community-development services on a non-discriminatory basis. Assistance is provided according to assessed needs and vulnerability, regardless of religion, belief, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, social status, or background. Education is a central part of our mission. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, develop their potential, and build a safe and productive future. MWF supports children facing barriers to education because of poverty, child labor, displacement, geographic isolation, or difficult family circumstances. Our activities include community-based education, school support, educational materials, school supplies, shoes, school bags, and other assistance that helps children access and remain in education. We give particular attention to children and families living in and around brick-kiln communities and other economically marginalized areas. Through education support, community engagement, family assistance, and referrals, we seek to reduce vulnerability and help children move toward safer and more sustainable opportunities. MWF also promotes women's empowerment and household economic resilience through vocational training, sewing and skills-development activities, livelihood opportunities, and other community-based initiatives. We aim to help women and vulnerable families develop practical skills, improve earning potential, and move toward greater economic independence. Access to clean water, sanitation, hygiene, and basic healthcare is another important area of our work. MWF supports clean-water and water-pump projects, hygiene assistance, health awareness, medical camps, mosquito-net distribution, and other appropriate interventions based on community needs. We also respond to humanitarian emergencies, including floods, monsoon disasters, displacement, and other crises. Our assistance may include food parcels, clean water, hygiene kits, clothing, and essential household supplies. Where possible, we support recovery and resilience so affected families can move from immediate crisis toward greater stability. Child protection and safeguarding are fundamental to our mission. We are committed to protecting children and vulnerable people from abuse, exploitation, neglect, and discrimination and to maintaining appropriate safeguarding, complaints, and feedback mechanisms. MWF promotes community participation, inclusion, transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources. We seek to maintain sound governance, financial controls, monitoring and evaluation, risk management, and transparent reporting. Ultimately, Moses Welfare Foundation seeks to reduce poverty, expand access to education and essential services, protect vulnerable people, empower women and families, respond to emergencies, and strengthen community resilience. We envision communities where children can learn and thrive, families can meet their basic needs, vulnerable people are protected, and individuals have opportunities to build safer, healthier, and more self-reliant futures.
