We particularly seek to reach underserved and underrepresented communities, including women and youth facing social, economic, gender, disability and other forms of exclusion. Through our programs, partnerships and community initiatives, Womenice provides opportunities for learning, mentorship, leadership development, advocacy and access to networks that can help individuals transform their potential into meaningful participation and impact. A central part of our mission is building a more inclusive future in which women and youth are not only beneficiaries of development, but active leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, advocates and decision-makers. Womenice also works to strengthen the Lusophone and African ecosystem, connecting people, organizations and opportunities across communities and countries while promoting collaboration and shared learning. Our long-term vision is to contribute to communities where every woman and young person—regardless of gender, disability, albinism, socioeconomic background or other barriers—can develop their potential, access opportunities, exercise their rights and contribute to sustainable development.
