BIO-BENIN's mission is to empower students to earn a living and to create employment in Benin, West Africa. We do this by providing training in organic farming and raising fish, poultry and rabbits. We also train students in culinary arts to prepare farm-to-table restaurant food and we produce the first craft beer in Benin, teaching apprentices to do the same.
