YYYIIIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally, Covid regulations have eased and we are having our first big District EVENT on Saturday.

It will be a Color FUN RUN! The children and adults are so excited.

We have raised sponsorship from the local town to sponsor

  • Paint
  • Hot dogs
  • Hot dog rolls
  • Fruit
  • Water

It is wonderful to feel so free!

The theme is our motto "Building Today Tomorrow!"

We want to educate the community where the run is being held that children are our natural resource, what we do now defines our future! Build them now and have leaders of the future who are strong, dynamic, enthusiastic, honest and integral leaders. Don't build them, you will get more of the same, corruption, lying, weak, dull people who are sheep to be led.

This is a real issue for village people to see the potential of children and what is possible and that work is required to produce the next Nelson Mandela.

So, on we go!

This week there is an old video I found on our YouTube Channel, it was one of the first tries I had but couldn't edit the content. Ronny speaks mainly about Scouts but KTD196 implements Scouts as its Children's Program with other content designed to Reduce Teen Pregnancy, Suicide, Gender-Based Violence, etc.

I hope you enjoy his very candid story and the impact KTD196 has had on his life. I am very happy to report he is an IT specialist working as a resource in one of our large insurance businesses in Johannesburg, he also has his own non-profit working in Alexandria a black location area; he is married with a wife and child (who by chance was in our program at 11yrs of age as well)

Take care, we are changing destinies through your help and support

Blessings

Louise
