Nyalou feels better!

By Gill Lamprecht | Project Assistant

After speaking with the vet about Nyalou’s injury, we followed his advice and kept a watchful eye on him. After a few days we noticed that Nyalou had recovered and to our relief was walking perfectly again..

Every day, he can be seen with his female companion coming down to the waterhole and then over to the porcupine area where the leftovers from lunch and dinner are placed.

Nyalou is a gentle animal but still basically considered wild, so caution is always advised when he is present.

All donations received are used to care for all of the animals, such as paying for necessary veterinary visits. Your contributions are greatly appreciated in helping us continue to care for these animals.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
