Dear Friends of Helping Hands,
We are very pleased to report that Silvia has successfully finished her fourth semester of studies in Veterinary Medicine and has now begun her fifth semester, 2020. She passed all of her courses last semester, and this is very important because she must do this to maintain her full scholarship. She received a total of Bs 5.934,98 or $US 852,73 (exchange rate is 6,96 Bs to the US $) from Helping Hands for her rent, and the donations came to $US 973,48 leaving a balance of $US 120,75 to begin 2020. We have included the accounting here below for your information.
Silvia and I thank you so very much for your support. Today, International Women's Day, we are most proud of our girls who work hard to overcome many hardhips. Congratulations, Silvia.
