Dear Supporter,
We’re reaching out today with an important update on our "A Beacon of Hope: Constructing Houses for Refugees" campaign.
At Bonyan, we remain deeply committed to providing safe and dignified shelter for displaced families who have endured years of hardship. This project was launched with the goal of offering more than just walls and roofs—it was about restoring a sense of home, safety, and stability to some of the most vulnerable among us.
However, due to a significant drop in donations, the project is currently on pause, and we regret to inform you that there are no new updates to report at this time.
The need, however, remains urgent.
Thousands of families still live in makeshift tents exposed to extreme weather, lacking even the most basic necessities. The dream of a permanent, secure home is still out of reach for so many. With Syria now liberated and opportunities to rebuild finally opening up, your support is more critical than ever to help these families begin again.
We are ready to continue this vital work—but we cannot do it alone. Your generosity has already brought hope to many, and with your renewed support, we can resume construction and bring stability to even more lives.
Let’s not let this beacon of hope dim. Together, we can reignite it.
With sincere gratitude,
The Bonyan Team
