At our learning centre, pregnant women gather regularly to meet with our midwife, ask questions, and learn how to take care of themselves and their babies throughout pregnancy.
In our recent sessions, the women discussed baby movements, false labour pains, general pregnancy care, and kidney function and pain during pregnancy. These conversations help women better understand the changes in their bodies, recognise signs that may require medical attention, and know when to seek professional advice.
For many women, having a safe space to discuss their concerns with a midwife makes a real difference. Instead of facing their questions alone, they can receive reliable information, share experiences with other mothers-to-be, and feel more prepared for the weeks ahead.
Your donations make these sessions possible. Thanks to your support, we can continue providing access to midwife consultations and educational sessions for pregnant women in our community. Your contribution helps ensure that women have an opportunity to ask questions about their pregnancy, learn about important warning signs, and receive guidance that supports informed decisions about their health and their babies' well-being.
By supporting this activity, you are helping turn essential pregnancy information into accessible community care. Together, we are helping mothers-to-be feel better informed, more supported, and better prepared to welcome their babies.
Thank you for making this care possible and for helping give mothers and their babies a healthier start.
