In 2025, ABC is actively navigating a pivotal transition aimed at securing both legal compliance and long-term sustainability. The ABC Health Foundation continues to operate at full capacity, focusing on medical education, palliative care, community outreach, and other mission-driven initiatives. Simultaneously, the team is preparing for the launch of ABC Health Clinic — a new, for-profit entity that will inherit and expand the clinical services currently offered by the Foundation. This shift responds to the growing demand for patient-centered care while addressing regulatory constraints on NGO revenue generation in Albania. Administrative groundwork, legal structuring, and stakeholder engagement are all underway to ensure a seamless separation and future collaboration between the two entities.
Looking forward, ABC is positioning itself as a model for faith-driven healthcare that is both impactful and financially resilient. The vision is to build a healthcare group where the Foundation continues to champion outreach and education, while the Clinic operates as a sustainable, investor-supported business delivering high-quality outpatient care. Through this dual-entity structure, ABC aims to deepen its community impact, broaden its services, and foster long-term partnerships — all while remaining grounded in its mission to put patients first and uphold Christian values in every aspect of care.
