Thank you partnering with us in 2023

We marked 2023 as our year of impact. This year, we completed school renovations, expanded our female guides program, launched additional nutrition programs in the schools we support, increased our human-wildlife co-existence and anti-poaching efforts, and so much more.

Here is a snapshot of some of our impact for 2023 through our Education projects

Botswana

150 learners were empowered and equipped through our CECT Sports tournament
Learners at Khwai Preschool increased from 48 in 2022 to 61 in 2023 and 11 of these learners will be progressing to grade 1 in 2024

Zambia

The school pass rate at Maunga increased from 5% in 2021 to 55% in 2023
0 girls missed school in 2023 due to period poverty in comparison to 30 girls in 2022
92,800 meals were served at the feeding scheme this year
Teachers increased from 3 to 13 from 2022 to 2023
30 of the pre-school learners will be progressing to grade 1 in 2024

Zimbabwe

School pass rate for Mambanje School increased from 4% in 2022 to 17% in 2023
We launched a feeding scheme at Mangwara School and have served 60,000 meals this year
