Dear Donors,
Thank you for your interest in the Abuja University: Campus TB Awareness Meet & Greet project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned awareness event has not yet begun.
Tuberculosis remains a serious health concern, yet many students still lack basic knowledge about how it spreads, its symptoms, and the importance of early testing. Misunderstanding and stigma continue to prevent many from seeking help on time.
Without proper awareness, students may ignore early signs or avoid testing due to fear or misinformation. This increases the risk of spread within campus environments and nearby communities.
This project is designed to host an interactive awareness event where students can learn about TB through discussions, expert talks, and educational materials. The goal is to encourage early detection, reduce stigma, and help students take informed steps toward protecting their health.
With the right support, this event can create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning openly, and sharing accurate information with others.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so this awareness program can take place and benefit students across the campus.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
