Respected Donors,
Season Greetings...!
CUSTOMS HEALTHCARE ENGLISH LANGUAGE & ART ACADEMY FOR AFGHAN REFUGEES.
Customs Healthcare Society (CHCS) has been extending medical assistance to Afghan refugees residing in Pakistan.
A significant population of Afghan refugees, anticipating relocation to other nations through the aid of UNHCR, remains in Pakistan. Equipping them with English language skills would enhance their potential productivity in their forthcoming settlements.
Operating from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, the academy offers English language classes tailored for various age groups, encompassing males, females, and children. Presently, the academy accommodates approximately 43 Afghan students, supported by a team of three dedicated teachers. Additionally, the Art Academy caters to eight students under the guidance of a single instructor. A large number of Afghan students have already migrated to UK, Germany and USA.
Medical camps are diligently organized for Afghan refugees, complemented by the distribution of food items and gifts among the children.
Warm regards,
Dr. Asif Mahmood Jah, Project Leader
