Dear AfricAid friends,
Thank you so much for your support of AfricAid’s teacher training program, Teaching in Action! Your contribution has played an important role in allowing us to plan for the 2010 Teaching in Action workshop, scheduled to take place in June and July of this year.
Two weeks ago, heads of schools from the northern part of Tanzania gathered with our AfricAid Country Director in preparation for this year’s workshop. They expressed appreciation for being included and a commitment to supporting their teachers as they work to implement student-centered learning techniques in their classrooms. We couldn’t be more excited to have such a dynamic group of educators on board this year – who are committed to creating school-wide change!
