Read this right away so you do not miss the opportunity to double your impact, TODAY, June 25, noon EST, for Afghanistan and education.
Afghanistan has experienced its democratic election and a run-off is in process. The US and other countries are rapidly leaving. Now, more than ever, Afghanistan needs to experience stability and strength to maintain the progress made for its citizens. You can help support peace and honor the lives of the men who have fought to change Afghanistan into a democracy.
When you contribute at noon, Eastern Standard time, on June 25, Wednesday, your contribution is doubled through YouthSparks, a program supported by Microsoft. Isn't it appropriate that Microsoft would be helping us with the expense of education and computers for women in Afghanistan?
Recently we started a process to allow people from all over the world to communicate with the Afghan students of AAE. All that is required is to sign-up through the form located on our Aid Afghanistan for Education Facebook page under the "Talk with AAE" tab. The women will be able to view your self-video and, when the staff's computer and internet is available, create their own videos in response. This process has been slow because of the need for more computers and the high cost of the Internet in Afghanistan.
Help us to connect these extraordinary and brave women with the world. Simply make a donation on June 25 at noon. Your contribution will make TWICE the impact.
Enjoy one of the first videos contirbuted by an Afghan woman, Nazilla, at AAE by clicking here (To keep Nazilla safe, her face has been blurred.):

Learn about her day and what she aspires to in her life thanks to the ducation she is getting through AAE.
We are very grateful for your support and your interest in maintaining peace in Afghanistan through education. Please forward this email to your friends, family and work colleagues so they can leave their own legacy for peace in Afghanistan.
Sincerely,
The Aid Afghanistan for Education team
