It was exciting to witness Ndeipi! participants graduating and being issued with Certificates of Participation at the Makomborero Zimbabwe Annual Graduation Ceremony held on December 13, 2021. This was an important day for the participants as it was a sign of achievement. They felt ready to take up any challenges that they might face in their work.
As usual, we have heard inspiring testimonies from the new knowledge gained during the workshops. Most participants were able to testify on how they were able to manage their finances well which helped their businesses grow.
There was great diversity in the opportunities they used to grow their businesses.
Two examples included: One participant who went from buying penny cools to resell, was able to sell to people in bulk. She became the supplier to small businesses which meant greater profit margins for her. The other participant started chicken rearing and to date has sold 200 chickens in her community.
Another heart-warming testimony was from a participant who after selling baby clothes donated to her and other participants, she realised that there was a huge demand in that business. When her stock ran out, she went to a local market and started buying more baby clothes for resale. The outcome has been amazing.
We look forward to yet another group of participants that start on March 14th 2022.
We have started distributing registration letters for future participants to register for the workshop.
We cannot wait to kick start the workshops for 2022!
Thank you for the support you rpovide to make this possible.
