We are moving at full speed with our education agenda, fostering knowledge in technology, innovation, and AI.
The Alpha EdTech Project empowers young tech talents, providing technical and professional growth through a learning journey tailored to the real-world challenges of the Information Technology market.
Throughout the quarter, participants continued to deepen their knowledge and strengthen the essential skills needed to build successful careers.
Quarterly Highlights:
• Real-World Case Study: Alpha EdTech students developed and presented a practical IT solution tailored to the bank's specific needs.
• Hands-on Training (Kaizen Class): The team engaged in practical technology sessions—including Docker training—as well as project meetings and collaborative activities that boosted logical reasoning and teamwork.
• "Dia Hard" / Hard Day (Kaizen Class 8): Held in August, this event challenged students to present ongoing projects. Rather than focusing just on final results, it celebrated the learning process, problem-solving skills, resilience, and continuous improvement.
• Early Job Placement: A student from Class 7, originally from Rio Grande do Norte, secured a professional tech job even before graduation, showcasing how dedication opens doors.
• Alumni Network & Community: An alumni reunion in July highlighted the lasting bonds formed during the program, showing that the Alpha EdTech experience goes beyond the classroom to connect students, graduates, and market professionals.
Every milestone goes beyond technical knowledge—it builds confidence, autonomy, collaboration, and readiness for the future. Backed by our GlobalGiving partners and donors, Alpha EdTech continues to expand opportunities for young people to turn their potential into concrete achievements, build solid careers, and foster a more inclusive society.
