ACTIVITY REPORT

Project: Aporta – Participatory Donation Initiative
Implementing Organization: FUNCOMAS Foundation
Reporting Period: January – March 2026
Location: Honduras del Oeste Sector, Santo Domingo


1. Introduction

The Aporta Project is a participatory donation initiative led by the FUNCOMAS Foundation, designed to mobilize support from private companies and community members to assist vulnerable populations. The project focuses primarily on single mothers, while also supporting elderly individuals and people with health conditions.

During the period January to March 2026, Aporta implemented a series of coordinated donation and outreach activities in the Honduras del Oeste sector, aiming to alleviate immediate needs and strengthen community solidarity.


2. General Objective

To improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations through a participatory donation model that engages businesses and community members in providing essential goods and support.


3. Specific Objectives

  • Facilitate access to basic necessities for vulnerable families
  • Promote community and corporate engagement in social responsibility
  • Provide targeted support to single mothers, elderly individuals, and people with health conditions
  • Strengthen local solidarity networks

4. Activities Implemented4.1 Donation Collection Campaigns

Identification and prioritization of high-need cases, including single mothers, elderly individuals, and persons with illnesses.
