It was a time full of moving yet creative encounters with senior citizens, children, and young people with disabilities. Contact with art helped many people, to gain inner harmony. During the meetings, we created a safe space for the participants to open up to new experiences, develop their talents, fight anxiety and stress, and meet others.
We have created a space where people at risk of social exclusion feel safe. In our Social Support Centre, the powerful tool of art allows people to temporarily forget about the difficulties of life.
We all get as much as we can out of our weekly meetings. In the artistic intergenerational activities, we enjoy being together. We put aside haste and impatience. What counts are the moments of togetherness.
Art has been an engaging way of learning about stress management and gaining mental resilience. Thanks to our project the lives of many families have changed for better.
