Unleash the Potential of Young Changemakers

This is Yoi, an intern at Ashoka Japan this summer. 

Thank you very much for your warm support on our program. Your contribution means a lot for Youth Venturers and us!

Today, we are happy to announce an upcoming event on July 20, ASHOKA Youth Social Venture fundraising pitch! If you are around Tokyo, please join us for this exciting event!

Youth Venturers, whom we are supporting through our program, identify a problem around them, come up with their own solutions and implement them. Some of them have kept working on the projects over years and reached a phase where they need to raise more money and scale so that they could benefit more people.

12 young changemakers (Youth Venturers and U30 Ashoka Friends) applied, and we selected four of them as qualified finalists through rigorous screenings. All of them are full of passion, energy, and creativity, and we are excited to have them as presenters.

In this event, you have a chance to directly support one or more young changemakers.

ASHOKA Youth Venture

A program for youth, between the age range of 12 to 20, started in 2000 in the United States and in 2012 in Japan. Through this program, Ashoka has been supporting the youth who take actions with their full passion, to solve the small issues with that they notice in their everyday life as Youth Venturer. Ashoka has supported 97 teams (350 individuals) so far.
