Today, technology plays a vital role in the enrichment of visually disabled people’s life. Technology help people with disabilities stay connected and interact with others despite disability.
In Today’s world, each & everything becomes technology oriented. There are many Technological devices which can used for recording, reading, conversion (Speech- Text & vice versa). It saves their time and also makes them independent without depending on sighted people.
Using technology kit for a marginalized people is a day dream and most pressing need in today’s life. Though Education has started to move towards the virtual mode/ platform, knowledge & devices are much needed for the children to carry out their education.
We at IAB, providing assistive devices for visually challenged students to enhance their level of education and skills. Assistive Devices like Daisy player, Smart phones, Recorder, Headsets, Laptops etc.. These make their learning process more effective and easy.
We have received $7,447 from the donors through GlobalGiving which helps us to afford the technological support for the students who are in need with it.
