Unleashing Potential!!!

By Children are Us Foundation | Cheer

Meet  Zhen (NOT real name) , an individual filled with anticipation and passion for her work, always seeking various methods to overcome obstacles. During a recent training session on calculating the height of stacked empty boxes , Zhen came up with a creative solution. She used her own height along with her arms to measure whether the height of the empty boxes fell within a safe range .

Zhen's innovative approach exemplifies the resilience and problem-solving skills of individuals with disabilities. These small creative ideas serve as a driving force for progress! We aim to encourage everyone to maintain a positive attitude at work, unleash their creativity, and collaboratively overcome challenges.

This anecdote is just one example of the positive impact of our vocational rehabilitation and community-based employment services for individuals with disabilities. Our tailored support considers the unique abilities and characteristics of each individual, fostering an environment where creativity and problem-solving skills can flourish.

At the heart of our approach is the individualized career management system, which takes into account their abilities and understanding of the workplace. We develop personalized support plans, set achievable targets, and regularly review progress to ensure successful learning and adaptation to the work environment. For those individuals whose work aptitude or career aspirations are unclear, we offer career counseling and employment group preparation.

The long-term impact of the services provided by the Children Are Us Foundation is significant. Annually, we support 800 individuals with disabilities through training-oriented supportive and sheltered employment. We create simulated workplace environments that gradually develop job skills in a positive setting. Additionally, for those unable to enter mainstream employment, we establish community facilities that prioritize independent living.

Your continued support makes stories like Zhen's possible—stories of individuals overcoming challenges, realizing their potential, and contributing meaningfully to the workforce. Together, let's celebrate these milestones and continue empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Thank you for being part of this transformative journey.
