In March 2026, we opened a new sheltered workshop in Sinjhuang, New Taipei City. We invite you to witness what 100% effort looks like.
That phrase is not a slogan. It describes what we see every day: members who arrive before the doors open, who ask to practice again after the day is done.
Deputy Executive Director Yang explained: "Even if their 8-hour output is only half that of a typical worker, for them, that is already 100% effort. Our goal is not maximum output — it is for every person willing to step out of the home to find support here, and work steadily into old age."
The new Sinjhuang location expands our capacity to welcome more individuals waiting for a sheltered employment placement. We are building enough next steps so no one has to wait indefinitely.
