We are delighted to share two stories where our training has offered great value
Last year we had helped Dr Abhishek with a systematic review he was authoring, with Dr Denny and Dr Bharti. Both - Dr Abhishek and Dr Denny joined our courses. Abhishek put major efforts into learning the search strategy process. Here is something he shared with us:
I would like to thank you from the depth of my heart for your support and guidance in literature search for systematic review. We also acknowledged your support in the full paper and protocol of our systematic review. These are the links to the papers:

Abhishek and his co-authors have also acknowledged QMed for the training and assistance for the search strategy creation, in their Review
Tanvi is a faculty in a dental school in our city. She enrolled for our courses and we helped her with her search strategies for a systematic review she is authoring. She called us to share this story:
I am Dr. Tanvi, currently working as an Assistant Professor at a Dental college in Mumbai. Having been into research and academics for the past few years, i had always been intrigued about truly learning and understanding Systematic Reviews. It was last year I got introduced to QMed foundation and Vasumathi ma’am and I started attending her lectures and that revived my interest. I had a notion that understanding and learning about it might be quite difficult, but ma’am made the concepts of searching and planning a strategy extremely easy. I knew I had to attempt writing one and I soon started working on it. I framed the research question and started working on the search strategy. I reached out to ma’am and she kindly offered to help me through it. I mailed the strategy to her and she guided me along the entire process. We had zoom sessions where she further cleared all my doubts and helped correct all the short comings.
Since I planned to undertake a Systematic review and Meta Analysis, I attended a workshop by “The P Value”, which is a research and statistics education firm. Post the workshop they asked us to frame a protocol and submit it to them where they planned to select 3 protocols among all the entries for their SRMA internship program. They would guide the researchers on conducting the review till publication. I submitted the protocol on which I had been working with the guidance of ma’am and I got selected for the internship. The lectures I attended at QMed previously have immensely helped me in understanding the concepts of building a search strategy which is the foundation for carrying out a good Systematic Review.
We are delighted to hear such success stories from our course participants and are happy to share them with you. Thank you once again for your donations to us. Every dollar counts! We look forward to creating many more researchers with great searching skills.
