Teacher's Training:

Quality education demands quality teachers. To ensure students learning clear, specific and enjoyable, teacher training plays a vital role. Teachers must not only master their subjects, they must also develop strong teaching skills. New teachers need practice teaching combined with effective mentoring in order to help them understand what is required from them in their new position. However, it is imperative that student teachers are placed in appropriate classes that meet their interests. Keeping these on the mind, the Education Program of JAAGO Foundation has arranged two training sessions for the teachers to ensuring quality education for our kids. People from the Education team supervised the teachers and provided feedback each day to help the student teachers learning. This training gave them better understanding of teaching learning process, class management, and planning curriculum for the future. We have conducted these two training sessions in two phases for our 13 schools.

School Science Book:
Science holds powerful places in contemporary society, setting the foundations for entry into some of the most robust and highest-paying industries. However, effective science education is not equally available to all students, with some of the poorest students—those who would benefit most-going egregiously under-served. This ongoing problem with education highlights one of the core causes of the widening class gap. Reading science books is the perfect way for our students to build literacy skills while learning science content. To provide our children with the perfect learning material, our education research and development team came up with a complete science book. This book was reviewed and approved by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board commonly known as NCTB. The science book is primarily targeted at grade one students and it will be expanded to include other classes as well in the future.

Thank You
We wholeheartedly thank all our supporters for what we created, will serve as a source of knowledge that we met, worked as one, and could return to our lives more satisfied with what we have attempted and what we have achieved.
