Big Move for Cheetah Experience!!

We want to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for your continued support!

We are so happy to report that the volunteer village is now complete and open for volunteers!!! We have had quite a few volunteers now pass through the new accomodation and reviews are great!! They love that the dining, lounge and kitchen area is communal but they still have seperate bedrooms (2 people sharing maximum). Each of the rooms were sponsored by our volunteers and themed after our animals! We have a Fushan room, Lions pride, Maxy the caracal, Neo, Fiela and Love rooms and many others!

The completion of the village opens up more available units in the resort, allowing us to accept in Air B and B, or more working holiday volunteers. 

Little Maxy has been to the vet again since the last report, we did take some xrays but we are happy to say that he had a tummy upset only, and has recovered fully again!

We also released a wild caught caracal who was causing upset on a nearby farm! The farmer was gracious enough to use a humane trap and alert us when he was caught. We drove out to fetch the little one and released him on our farm where we know he will be safe!!

The last few months have been fire season and goodness it has been a rough few months!! There have been the worst fires around us that we have ever seen!! We are so greatful to our sponsors for helping us maintain and purchase fire fighting equipment!

Our rehabilitation facility permits have also now been approved!!! This is something we are super excited about!! We cannot wait to tell you more!
