In the harsh humanitarian conditions faced by displaced families in northern Syria, the residents of Kweires Camp endure daily struggles to secure their basic needs—foremost among them, bread, which remains the staple food for most households.
Our organization has launched a regular bread distribution project inside the camp, responding to the urgent needs of families who suffer from prolonged displacement, poverty, and rising food prices.
Hundreds of families benefit from this initiative, receiving daily portions of bread that meet their needs and help them endure the difficult circumstances. The distribution is carried out in an organized manner to ensure that aid reaches the most vulnerable groups, including children, women, and the elderly.
The importance of this project lies not only in providing food but also in restoring a sense of dignity and security among the beneficiaries. Bread is more than nourishment—it is a symbol of daily life, and its absence deepens the suffering of displaced families.
Through this initiative, we reaffirm our commitment to standing by the people in the camps, striving to ease their hardship, and securing the most basic elements of survival. We hope that this project will plant seeds of hope and represent a step toward a future marked by greater stability and humanity.
