BUILD A KITCHEN TO SUPPORT FEEDING 520 KIDS.

The feeding program that we adopted has significantly improved the quality of education by providing a stable environment for children, who now find comfort in staying at school.

This has been seen in the school attendance patterns where all the learners are always in school except on other grounds other than food which are usually very rare.

Without this support, many of these children, especially those from the slums where we operate, would be forced to search for food on the streets.Currently we are providing 10 Oc'lock porridge and lunch at 1:20pm, this has greatly improved the performance of the children even in the national examinations, it has also increased our school enrolment from 314 pupils in 2022 to 535 pupils in 2026

We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your support in sustaining the feeding program. Thanks to you, we've been able to offer these children hope and stability. However, meeting the increasing demand has been challenging, with our current enrollment at 535 students. 

Your continued support has been crucial in helping us achieve this goal. Still, we ask for your assistance to ensure we can consistently meet this budget, as this program has proven to be the most effective motivator for keeping children in school. Any disruptions in the feeding program could lead many back to the streets in search of food.

Allocation of resources: Beneficiaries’ materials

With the limited resource that Gaba hope for kids gets from the donors; it would have not be easy for the organization to provide for the beneficiaries requirements  and other necessities; had it not to be because the good and lovely generosity of the donors; especially, from the donors found on the platform of GlobalGIving. About 90% of the donations being received by Gaba hope for kids comes from that platform.

This fund is able to do a lot of things for the organization. From runing the Institute to paying staff, to buying food for the beneficiaries to the buying sewing machines and also carrying out the research as the principle activity of the organization among others.
