*Meal Prep at Gaba Hope: Nourishing Young Minds*
At Gaba Hope For Kids, meal prep is about more than food – it's about potential. For 520 vulnerable kids in Uganda, daily meals mean:
- Focus on learning, not hunger pangs
- Healthier bodies, stronger futures through balanced nutrition
- Empowerment through nutrition, boosting confidence and grades
With our new kitchen, we'll prep nutritious meals, sourced locally with partners like GreenBite. Menu includes:
- Breakfast: Porridge with fruits
- Lunch: Matooke, beans, veggies
- Snacks: Fresh fruits
Kids will thrive in school, unlocking dreams. Parents and community members will also benefit from nutrition workshops.
