- Goal: Empower vulnerable children through education, focusing on literacy, numeracy, and life skills
- Target beneficiaries: Orphans and vulnerable children from poor families.
2. *Progress Highlights*
- 440 children enrolled in education programs (40% of target)
- Key achievements:
- Improved literacy rates: 40% of children reading at grade level
- 47.5% increase in school attendance
- 20 community workshops conducted on importance of education
3. *Challenges & Next Steps*
- Challenges faced:
- Limited resources (books, classrooms)
- Need for more trained teachers
- Plans for future impact:
- Expand programs to reach more children
- Partner with local NGOs for resources and support
- Train 10 more community educators
