Dear Supporter,
We are writing to provide you with an important update on our campaign, "Build a School for 1,150 Students in NW-Syria."
This project was launched with the vision of giving children in internally displaced persons (IDP) camps access to safe, quality education—a place to learn, grow, and dream of a brighter future. In a region where nearly half of all school-aged children are out of school, the urgency of this initiative cannot be overstated.
However, we must share with you that due to a lack of sufficient donations, the project is currently on hold, and there are no new developments to report at this time.
Despite the end of the war and the growing opportunities to rebuild Syria’s future, thousands of children are still without classrooms, desks, or books. Many continue to learn in overcrowded tents or drop out entirely, putting them at greater risk of exploitation and long-term poverty.
We are fully prepared to resume our efforts—but we need your help. Your donation can reignite this project and provide these children with the opportunity to return to school and reclaim their future.
Education is the foundation of any strong, thriving society. Let’s not allow this future to be postponed any longer.
With gratitude,
The Bonyan Team
