Children enjoying their blankets

Hi,

Thank you so much for your continuos support towards this project, next year we will be starting construction of a two class room school in the orphanage land, this will enable the children to be studying from within the home.

"Am glad our bananas have now grown, our piggery project is taking off, we are hoping we will be able to keep the home sustained with this projects" James,Executive Director

Am also glad to inform you that other GlobalGiving donors like you donated towards purchase of 60 blankets for the kids to enable them have warm nights, this was after having cold sleepless and disturbing nights due to too much cold, we are happy every one is now happy.

Our project will also buy new school uniforms, shoes and school bags for the kids, we will also buy new 50 mattresses for the kids as well as hold a christmas party in the village for the children to celebrate together with their frinds and families, when you visit Mountains of Hope projects on GlobalGiving, am sure you will be able to support most of our projects.

Orphanage construction work is still ongoing, we want to connect electrivcity and piped water next year and then have the whole land fenced for security purposes.

We have also been able to train children how to make their own sanitary pads using locally available materials, we nolonger buy pads but we make them.

Thank you once again for your help and congratulations to those that have had great achievements this year.
