Your generosity and efforts have made an incredible difference. In mid-December, we submitted all monies collected to date to our partner entity on this project so they could begin constructing the playground equipment. They have been working on the fabrication of the equipment for the past month and we expect the installation to take place during the last week of January and first week of February. The timing will be great because the Uganda school year begins on the first of February. We know the 500 children at the school will be very excited to see playground equipment at their school for the first time ever!
We still have a small amount of funds still needed if you know anyone who might like to help us with the last item of the project, transporting the equipment from the fabrication location in southern Uganda via truck to our school site in northern Uganda.
