In a quiet rural community where opportunities for women were once limited, a powerful transformation unfolded. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan (RSKS India) brought together more than 130 women from 12 Self-Help Groups for an intensive capacity-building training not just as participants, but as emerging leaders. The room was filled with determination, shared experiences, and a collective desire to grow. This was not merely a training session; it was a turning point where confidence replaced hesitation and voices once unheard began to rise with strength.
Through engaging and knowledge-rich activities, the RSKS team focused on strengthening women’s leadership, identifying local resources, improving decision-making abilities, and enhancing group management skills. Complex concepts were simplified through interactive exercises, discussions, and practical demonstrations making learning accessible, relatable, and empowering. Women who once doubted their abilities began speaking with clarity about financial planning, community leadership, and collective progress. Each session planted seeds of self-belief, unity, and long-term resilience.
These Self-Help Groups have been successfully operating for 11 years under the continuous guidance and mentorship of RSKS India standing today as living examples of sustainable empowerment. What makes them truly remarkable is their inclusivity: women from all castes and religions sit together on one platform, learning, leading, and growing as equals. Barriers of social inequality are gradually dissolving, replaced by solidarity and shared purpose.
