Before the establishment of the Beautician Vocational Education School by RSKS India, many girls and young women in the community lacked access to opportunities for skill development and economic empowerment. The absence of vocational training programs limited their prospects for meaningful employment and financial independence. Recognizing this issue, RSKS India identified the need to establish a vocational school that would equip women with marketable skills in the beauty industry.
RSKS India established the Beautician Vocational Education School, offering a comprehensive three-month training program. The curriculum included theoretical and practical lessons in various beauty techniques, such as makeup application, hairstyling, skincare, and salon management. The Closure Ceremony and Certificate Distribution Program marked a significant milestone in the journey of the trainees. It provided a platform for them to showcase their newly acquired skills, boosting their self-esteem and confidence. The trainees danced and sang during the event, expressing their joy and gratitude for the transformative experience they had undergone. By receiving completion course certificates, the trainees gained tangible proof of their achievements, which enhanced their employability prospects.
