We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan contributes significantly towards girls & women empowerment. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organizes vocational skill development trainings for making girls & women self-reliant and to make opportunites available for them to be employed. The trainings held by the organization help poor and deprvied women to have sustainable source of livelihood. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, manages skill development training at 3 distant regions at present. In the training, there are total 75 trainees (needey, deprived women, school drop-out women and girls) who learn to make bags, garment making, fashion designing and beauty parlour and culture.
These women have got an opportunity to learn skill training free with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation and they are getting benefits of it. The trainees take classes for 5 hours everyday. Our trainers conduct both theory and practical classes to make learning easy for the trainees. In order to build capacity and increase confidence among the trainees, we also organizes E.D.P., life skill training and games & sports competition. It makes us feel good when we see our efforts bringing positive impacts and increase confidence level of such women and girls.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, for assessing the impact of its efforts and work, managed a third party impact study on its own level. The study was done independently door-to-door with 50 beneficiary women. Feedback was taken from the beneficiary women along with their family members. The impact study got us positive and significant outcomes that are listed below :
* Increase in income of beneficiaries from 60% to 90%.
* Living standard of the beneficiaries got improved and their capacity also increased.
* Women & girls has become self-reliant and have increased confidence.
* About 70% of the beneficiaries (women/girls) took initiative to start self-employment or became employed.
* Women were not aware of market, but now they have sufficient knowledge of market.
* Reduction in conventionality and women got liberty.
* About 35% of women and girls started higher study after completing the training.
* The beneficiaries have become source of inspiration in rural areas.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has always been committed to the impart of its projects for which we perform follow-up activities at times. The beneficiary women and girls of Impact Study thank Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and GlobalGiving Foundation to get them success in the life.
