RSKS India family Wishes you A Happy & Joyful Diwali !
From time to time, poor women and the girls are dropped out from the school, are being helped out by the RSKS through the different program and seminars. In these seminars they were trained in some areas of working like, beauty parlor, handicrafts and clothes designing or making. Through these, girls and women's are made to be an independent women and they can earn through their work which help them in their survival.
From the help of donors and GG and programs of RSKS, self confidence is developed in women's. Under these seminars, the women's and girls are trained for doing beauty parlor work. In this chain, training is given in different areas of the city which are not developed. During the beauty parlor workshops, different competition are organized like games, bride make-up competition, life circle, EDP training are organized. Job fair is organized on regular basis. In this chain, garment making training is also given to women and girls. Training is given in the area called ' Dungariya Kala ' in which women and girls are trained in doing sewing and designing work.
It results in getting a job opportunity for the ladies and girls. Their skills have been developed and they are able to work and become independent women. The organization, provide them with certificate of achievement. The relatives and family members of these girl's and women's are very thankful to the R.S.K.S for developing the self confidence among the ladies and making them self dependent.
A 23 year old girl, Kavita is Beneficiary member of RSKS. She lives in a area called slum. From the help of her mother, she was able to learn the beauty parlor course from R.S.K.S and gets the certificate of achievement. Kavita belongs to backward tribe, so she cannot afford the high fees of beauty parlor course from other institute. Her mother was maid and father is alcoholic. She had faced a lot of problems but due to her determination and self confidence she was able to get skills and certificate of achievement from RSKS. Because of her skills and talent she is working in a reputed beauty parlor of the city. She got a good job, from which the conditions of her home is becoming good and her family is proud on her daughter. Her family and relatives are thankful to the RSKS organization. Through this work, the organization is doing a good job in increasing the women empowerment and making them independent.
