Making women economically independent is a field in which RSKS along with the support of donors and GG working from a long time. RSKS program for women empowerment is to provide rural women with all the facilities hence collecting under one roof, for their joint efforts to make them economically and socially developed. With the support of the donors and GG, RSKS India is organizing time to time workshops on life skill and capacity building.
In village Dungariya-Kala, garment making is taught so that these women will learn life skills and also there are capacity building workshops in which sharing of information and communication skills are taught for the growth of poor and marginalized section women along with this women are made aware of the government schemes which are made for rural women employment and empowerment.
Skill development training program by RSKS India is to help these women to attain self independence and become economically stable. Along with this training, women also participate in sport activities for overall development and enjoyment during the training program.
All the trainees participate with zeal and enthusiasm as it helps them to become confident. Women came up with their personality and talent. All of the trainees speak about their skill development training program and its positive change in their day to day life. The trainees thanked the donors and GG and RSKS for skill development training and personality training.
The support and contribution of GlobalGiving Foundation in the project “Build Bright future for 750 marginalized Girls” is commendable! And the contribution of Donors deserves praise together.
