In this Skill development and training program, development of the skill in women is done for employment and better future. RSKS along with the support of donors and GlobalGiving worked for poor and backward sector of women in society by providing them with self employment for the development of girls and women in society.
In villages, training camps of bag and garment making, parlour training and handicraft making are established for the skill development of the rural and poor women who need to work specially school drop outs. During this program, master Trainers train women for three months to five months and five hours training each day.
During the Certificate distribution program, women and girls were also taught EDP, life skill and personality development. Through this, women become aware of their work strength to become self independent economically.
Different fun loving activities are organized like games for enjoyment of trainees. Women participate in all activities with zeal. In the four day workshop conducted, Certificate were distributed to more than 300 women and girls of different trades (parlour, garment making, handicraft making etc) for their betterment and bright future.
RSKS also give special prize to best worker ‘’teacher and trainee prize ‘for creating job opportunity for women after training and many of them get job and other start their own work. All trained women and girls were very happy after receiving the Certificate for verification of their skill and excellence.
