RSKS along with GlobalGiving worked for poor and backward sector of women and girls in society and provided them with self employment for the development of girls and women in society. In remote village, training camp of beautician was established for the skill development of the rural and poor women who need work specially school drop outs. It is a three month training in which pedicure, makeup etc are taught.
RSKS India organized job fair for creating job opportunity for these women after training and eight girls and women got job in this job fair and other started their own work the job fair program was organized after training program. In this job fair, master trainers and experts of makeup shared their experience, talked to women, took their opinion and also conducted EDP, life skill and personality development training for women.
Through this, women and girls become aware of their work strength to become self independent economically. The women shared their experience with RSKS team and sound very happy after getting job and EDP Training. They thanked supporters for helping them get skilled to become socially, mentally, and economically independent.
