We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan is working successfully on providing better livelihood for poor and marginalized community girls. These programs are mainly conducted in the remote village and slum areas of the city and because of these programs those poor and marginalized girls are getting better livelihood. These poor and marginalized girls are becoming self dependent because of the skill development training provided to them.
In this chain, RSKS started bag making training at Budhwada village, garment making training at Nooriyawas village and beauty parlour training at Kayad village from the valuable financial support given by the donors. An EDP (Entrepreneur Development Program) Training was organized at these places and all the women and girls participated excitedly. From this EDP training, better ways to earn and also how to do marketing of their products was being taught to them. All the successful entrepreneurs in the field of beauty parlour, bag making and garment making were called in this training and then they shared their success stories and experience with the women and girl trainees. With the help of Flipcharts, how to open and run a business was taught to all the girls and women trainees.
All these women and girls were listening and learning from this EDP training excitedly. From this EDP Training, self confidence of these women and girls was increased and also they started to think and share their views on opening a business. After this training, all the women and girls said that this training was very helpful in starting a new business of their own. All the women and girls thanked RSKS Team and the donors from their bottom of heart as because of them only they got this EDP training by which they can be successful entrepreneur in the future.
