In today's era of employment, rural women fall behind due to lack of resources and because of this they cannot become self dependent. To make these poor women and girls self dependent and empower them, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan is organizing and controlling skill development training. Under these Skill development Training, bag making training, garment making training and beauty parlour training are being started to empower the poor women and girls. From time to time so many activities are organized in these trainings. RSKS organized Life Skill training at these training centers so that the life skills and capacity building can be done with these poor women and girls. All these activities are supported by the donors. Following activities were done in this Life skill Training:-
• Success stories with the medium of Role Play
• Motivational videos
• Knowledge increasing games
• Using of Flip Charts
• Capacity Building Techniques
• Future strategy based on skill knowledge
• Presenting themselves
From this Life skill training, the skills of the women and girls were improved as well their capacity of working was improved too. All the women and girls participated excitedly in these activities and played their role positively. While this training the women and girls raised their questions also and the solutions were given to them at that time only. Now the self confidence of these women and girls has been increased. All these women and girls have started creating their future strategy and are working on it and getting the best out of these trainings. All the women who attended these training thanked RSKS and the donors as because of them only they got this capacity building as well as their life got more better.
