Evaluation is an integral part of growth and progress. At RSKS India, we believe in fostering an environment that encourages each individual's potential. To assess the performance and progress of RSKS beauty parlour training program, we organized a Bridal Make-Up Competition at RSKS training center.
The enthusiasm displayed by all the women and girl trainees was truly inspiring. They showcased their talents by creating and demonstrating bridal makeup techniques on each other. RSKS master trainer meticulously evaluated their work, and we awarded prizes to those who excelled, aiming to encourage and motivate them further.
Beyond the prizes, this competition served as a platform for mutual learning and improvement. Witnessing the diverse Bridal Make-Up designs and witnessing each other's talents resulted in a collaborative learning environment. It was heartening to see the trainees uplifted and motivated by the spirit of healthy competition.
We were honored to receive appreciation from the guardians of these trainees and young women and girls trainees, affirming the positive impact of such initiatives in our community. The success of this event has inspired us to continue providing such opportunities for skill enhancement and growth.
