Youth is the foundation of establishment and development of nation for any country. A healthy youth can develop a healthy nation. Youth can develop itself and the nation by their talent and skills only. A good talent can eradicate poverty and unemployment, so becomes necessary that the youth must have a talent and skill which it can make a source of livelihood, and it becomes possible only when the youth is perfect in its job. Women contribution is also a critical element for developing nation. Women require to learn a skill and establish self-employment for the same.
For skill development in women & Girls, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of Global Giving Foundation, has started vocational handicraft training centre at LamAna, a remote village in Pisangan. During 3-months training program, 15 poor women & girls will learn to make handicrafts. These women are learning several handicraft products as doorbell, bandarwar, puja thal, paper-messy etc. during the training with determination and dedication.
The activists of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan organise life skill training, EDP training, games activities etc for these women timely by which the trainees have got some confidence. A positive change has been noticed in the lives of trainee women by joining the skill development training being executed with the support of Global Giving Foundation. All these women have taken a step to establish self-employment. Now they are so happy since their dreams are going to be true for which they heartily thanked Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, Global Giving Foundation and the donors.
