We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
In order to emphasize women empowerment, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation executes a skill development training. We are providing designer bag making training to 30 poor and deprived women in small village to get them sustainable livelihood. Emphasizing on self-employment, the training is provided for making leather bags, regzine bags, jute bags, canvas bags, parachute bags and other desiner bags. The trainees work hard to get trained for 5 hours everyday and learn to make designer bags.
The trainees take theory and practical classes to be trained which makes them feel convinient to get the training. In addition to the skill training, the trainees also get moral values which helps them to improve their living standard. In order to promote the trainees for establishing self-employment and making them learn marketing skills, an exhibition - cum - sale was also organized. In the exhibition, we exhibited the bags manufacture by the trainees where the visitors appreciated their work and bought almost all the articles which brought some confidence to the trainees.
In the training being executed with the support of GlobalGiving and the donors, we will also organize trainings for Life Skill, E.D.P. and capacity building for the trainees so that they may be able to improve their living standard and capacity. The trainees conduct practical tests at times to access the skill level of the trainees and the trainee who performs best is awarded to motivate her and to inspire other trainees. At the completion of the training, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan will give them certificates which will authenticate their training and will help them to have a good job. We will also make necessary arrangements to get the trainees loan so that they may establish self-employment. For doing so, we will establish self-help group and join the beneficiaries as members. The self-help groups will be linked to bank from where these women will get loan at low rate of interest which will help them to establish self-employment. All women thank to GlobalGiving and the donors with the bottom of their heart.
