We have safe drinking water!
The Rio Verde community was strengthened with the drilling of artesian wells for access to drinking water. Safe drinking water studies, provision of pipes and well excavation for the community were carried out, benefiting 250 families from Rio Verde. There are 4 communities in which there are also approximately 120 women artisans.
Capacity to Generate Income! A group of artisans participated in the training in quail egg production and also received the equipment and the chickens for their consumption and income.
The artisans received support in conjunction with the Food Bank for food and supplies for their “popular pots” that they organize in the wake of the pandemic.
Entrepreneurial Spirit! During the festivities the artisan committee was able to participate in fairs in the city of Asunción organized by the Paraguayan Institute of Crafts (IPA), being present with their t-shirts and calculators received from the Paraguayan Foundation.
Be Part of a Group! With the support of the Family Extensionist, they are consolidating their documentation for the recognition of their Committee of Craftswomen.
